We strongly encourage parents/guardians to spectate their children from the designated spectators areas.

At no time are spectators allowed to enter the courts while classes are in progress unless given permission by the coach.

We observe all Queensland & National public holidays – therefore all lessons will be cancelled on these days.

As we are not an educational entity, we do not observe student free days. Lessons will go ahead as normal on these days.

If Move Tennis cancels a lesson due to weather conditions (e.g. rain, heat, storms, wind), we will notify you via SMS approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled lesson (earlier if conditions allow). If you do not hear from us, please assume the lesson is still on.​ Make-up lessons are available for missed lesson due to weather cancellations.

Private lessons can be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full lesson fee will be charged.

Move Tennis reserves the right to change locations, times, coaches, or class schedules when necessary.

If a lesson has been cancelled for wet weather or any other reason you will need to book in for a make-up lesson by emailing info@movetennis.com.au. Make-up lessons will generally be held on the Saturday or Sunday of weeks 5 and 10 of each term.

There is also the option of joining in another class of similar size and standard (if available) to make up a cancelled lesson if the week 5 and 10 options are not suitable. If we are unable to find a suitable make up lesson for your class during the term period, a credit voucher will be created and can be used towards future classes or other products and services offered by Move Tennis. All payments are non – refundable.

We do not offer make-up lessons for casual absences (eg. sickness or planned holidays). However, in the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact us so we can help to find appropriate alternative arrangements should they be needed.

From time to time we may take photos or videos of players participating in activities run by Move Tennis. These may be used on our website, social media, or for marketing purposes.

If you prefer for you or your child not to be included please submit a written request to info@movetennis.com.au.

By participating in the activities provided by Move Tennis you authorise any representative of Move Tennis to obtain any medical assistance or treatment as deemed reasonably necessary. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for any costs associated with any such medical assistance or treatment.

By participating in the activities provided by Move Tennis you acknowledge that you/your child will be exposed to certain risks including but not limited to physical injury. You acknowledge that your/your child's participation in the activities is entirely at the your own risk. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
